Delivery Information

GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is delivered on time and received in the time frame that we provide, please make sure that all required and/or relevant information is correctly entered. We do not take responsibility for any lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages if the information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.





PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to processing time that does not include the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once sent out for fulfillment. Domestic orders may take up to 2 business days to process (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). Orders made before 12:00PM Eastern time will begin to process the same day. Orders made past 3:00PM NOON Eastern time will start processing the next operating day. (Please note that processing an order is not the same as shipping your order to our postal service)





SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

You have the choice of a wide variety of options for your order which are listed below (only applicable to the 48 contiguous states):

    Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days
    Lightweight Shipping:  2-4 business days (below 15.99 oz)
    Fast shipping:  2-3 business days
    Faster Priority Shipping:  1-3 business day

The time frames provided do not account for processing time and is an estimate based on after the designated postal service receive the order. COVID-19 is currently affecting all couriers with delays of up to (but not limited to) 8 days.





SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be held responsible for the original shipping costs in addition to the cost of returning the package if you refuse any shipments from Charlotte Beauty. A 20% restocking fee may be applied on the order.





RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased and/or fulfilled from Charlotte Beauty is made pursuant to a shipment contract with our various carriers. This means that the risk of loss passes to the buyer (you) when the goods are duly delivered to the carrier.

If your order was shipped via USPS, you must contact USPS to open a case so that they may investigate the loss. USPS customer service can be reached at 1-800-275-8777 or a case may be opened on their website at USPS.com. Once a resolution has been reached by USPS, we offer either a refund of your order (minus shipping fees) or a replacement order re-shipped to you depending on the outcome of the resolution.





RESERVED RIGHTS


Charlotte Beauty reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to irregular and/or excessive returns history and/or potential fraudulent or criminal activity. Additional documentation may be required to make purchase due to reasons stated above.
